Flight was cancelled, and they didn’t tell us until we arrived at the airport, no email, nothing. The new flight that was the next day was also delayed by over an hour. What a joke. Don’t fly this unreliable airline.

I was hoping to pay my excess baggage fee with the credit on a cancelled flight. Bad costumer service, she just hang up on me! I can't believe it! Had to pay for another flight.. their website is just as bad because it's impossible to pay the bills excess baggage ahead of time.

My flight was cancelled on January 1st. Customer service stated it may take 30-60 days to receive my refund. It has now been 136 days and I still haven't received it. Terrible customer service experience. They rarely respond to my e-mails requesting an update on the process.
