Their service department has the worst customer service. Twice I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change. Both appointments were scheduled two weeks in advance because they had to order a special oil filter for my car. On both occasions, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that they didn't have the oil filter and I would have to reschedule. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealership.
