Not really a full mall but just a stand alone branch of SM Hypermarket. Architecture is very Ilocano. It sits just across the capitol building and at the back of the bell tower.

It is very organized. The staffs are very friendly. It makes your shopping experience at ease. I alway enjoy purchasing my groceries/goods here.

We are shopping mostly with SM, Robinson’s, and S&R. The frozen and meat products is not well sanitized, need to do better so it will not be smelly. Health sanitary inspectors probably not visited the store or maybe just ignore. Last time …
