We have placed our order and were expecting to wait at least 15 minutes before our food arrived, but to our delight, it was served in just under 15 minutes!
Normal Shakey's outlet but with polite and accommodating staff
Used to getting food as take out from this branch - been getting good service. Today though had a bad experience. Asked if we could reserve a table for tomorrow (Sunday). Guy in black said he would check and made us sit and wait. I saw he was hanging around and I noticed no help arrived to look for info or to show me a chart of reservation availability. If we couldn't book a table, what was the point in looking busy for such a long time? He should have had the decency to tell us he couldn't help us, so after sitring there for 15mins I told the Guy in black 'alam mo, hora na kami palabasin kasi wala din kayong maitutulong, time is gold kasi.' Not the usual service I get at Shakey's.
