I guess it's really their job to ensure you don't qualify for warranty. They just find ways to tell you the reason why you don't qualify for anything
Just went there today and asked for a battery replacement on my Samsung Gear S3 watch but the guy I spoke with insist that they have to do a full check up to make sure that it wasn't just the battery. Which was ok but since I had this watch for almost 3 years, I know that the battery is the only issue. I insisted that I just want the battery replacement but he was so persistent that I let him do the check up. Long story short, after 2 hours he came back to me and said that they don't have the battery and it needs to be ordered. I wasted my time and had to come back another day.
