Raycon customer service team knows how to make problem bigger. They use sarcastic word and unsupportive action toward customer. they charge me 500pesos. I paid 500pesos and return all samsung items. Never gonna use samsung in Angeles again. …
These guys were good. AC 3 months old had error code because of a power surge. Only problem would be getting scheduled from the samsung office. It took 3 tries. Once they called me back techs were on the way. Corrected the problem quickly and under warranty so no charge to me. Techs were kind and professional. Thanks guys
They are the one who stole the motor of our washing machine. Do mot evet trust this service center or ask for their service.
