Philippine airlines reviews
Philippines airlines is a very dependable airline very good of taking care of toddlers needs clean rest rooms and boarding was great giving service for special needs and senior citizens oh they very supply toddler baby food A+ not bad for a 14 hr. flight to Manila via LAX
The food inflight is downgrading, very sad to mention. Another thing was that the plane going down too fast, causing the air pressure difference hurt my ears so much????. Until a sharp headache. No good ! …
Needs better Business class check in and business class lounge at the NAIA Terminal 1

Philippines airlines provided great service and took care of my needs during the flight. The restrooms were clean and the boarding process was efficient. They even offered toddler baby food, which was a huge plus. I would give the overall experience a rating of 5 as it was a good experience for a 14-hour flight to Manila via LAX.
I had a terrible experience with the food inflight. It was disappointing and not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the plane descended too quickly, resulting in a painful experience with the air pressure and causing a sharp headache. Overall, I would rate the experience as a 2.
The check-in process and lounge facilities for business class at NAIA Terminal 1 need improvement. It would be better if they provide a more efficient and comfortable experience for business class passengers.
