I was lucky I entered the office at around 1am. Would have been too crowded during office hours. Transaction was a breeze. But they cant give you a printed copy of your itenirary. Reason is, they are now "paperless". Funny thing, a printed copy presented, let me signed on it and yes, I was told to take a picture of THE printed ticket???? …
