I requested a wheelchair for my mom but we got nothing. ???? After her long layover in Manila (more than 11 hours) and delayed flight to Laoag , a simple assistance would be nice. I am so disappointed with PAL Laoag! I’m so thankful a nice co-passenger of hers helped her out …
My experience here is very nice. Before you go inside people are very hospitable. And the waiting area here have a lot of vendor so you can have your last minute souvenir here
Worst airline. Expect inefficiency and delay. Price expensive yet extremely poor service
