Arrived early (around 12:00) for our flight (15:10) from Boracay to Clark (Angeles City). 1 hour flight. Only to be told our flight was delayed by 2 hours. We were told not worry as they will book us on the next flight and book an earlier flight out of there for the next day too. Was told a driver will be there to meet us and take us to hotel and bring us back at 07:00 but not to worry about booking any tours for that day as the tour company will book us on their first tour the next day. We waited for 5 hours at Caticlan airport till 16:20, then my partner found out our flight was leaving at 16:00! We ran through airport like mad to get on flight. Which we did with no time to spare. Various issues meant our hotel on arrival at Clark paid for by airline and were subsequently paid for by the tour company as well. (I hope you will note all hotels/hostels in Boracay and Clark are pre paid for.) Major confusion when nobody at the airport had a clue about a taxi driver collecting us at the hotel and taking us to the city for Tour A. We specifically spoke to driver and advised him he gave us a wake up call at 06:30 this morning and the tour guides phone number so we could meet him at the dock at 08:00. The driver said he will call us in the morning., cost of this (new years eve taxi for a couple) was over £1,000 pesos. Tour A turns out to be a complete different snorkelling tour with nothing we were told we were gonna see and just a standard snorkelling trip and nothing more. Then as the bus reason this small village starts we have to change buses. Firstly a major ‘overbooking’ mistake by the tour company ‘bookings can be made up to 2 hours before’. Hmmmmmm. So after getting her statins 4 days after our arrival the tour company coolly tells us she doesn’t actually want Statins, they have given her Markers Disease tablets in error. 2. Reason having printed the English sickness questionnaire for the tour to sign yesterday it turns out the village in operating a no paper error. Thirdly there are already two people to many on the CAT 440 but first they aren’t going our trip and will sign off the boat when we get back. The trip sets is out at a training anchor in the bay. Somewhere there and near here our second snorkel will be. Wait a minute he means our first snorkel as he has a broken seasonal snorkel and needs to go back to base to get his own. So instead of him sorting his kit out now he decides to take all the passengers back and get this swim bag. The idiots at the village realise this was an error close the luggage quick and I’m not sure how they manage to lose all their gear that was already locked safely on the boat. As been in Eastern Europe what the Philippines don't realise is racist discrimination used to be living are very big. He uses it to try to state that us Brit’s are lazy. As 10 seconds away from a plastic fantastic dick boat which us Brit’s were to lazy to walk to. Because we were laughing so much the boat left without the main skipper. Another skipper would have had to help him put hi boat away safely then come back for the main skipper. The fact the other tour longe boats had to come and assist him is not longer mentioned by the dick head who is Filipino (I didn’t ask). (On a note not at the top) Every single person that had been on his boat shall be reviewing how he treated everyone. The Review: Terrible service from this airline. Delayed flights, no communication, and no customer service. I will not be flying with them again.
