Rex Lapis approves of Phases Learning Center. It is a good school with a good environment. Only downside is that some teachers have favourites in the class and the favourited students get treated way better than the others. It is not fun speaking as one of those "other" students. Over all, it is still an amazing school. Rex Lapis out!
