Its a business district so you can find a lot of BPO Offices, Hotel, Condominiums, clinics, restaurants(korean, japanese) high end supermarket (Market Place). There is also a transport hub for air con bus, jeepney, taxis. It is nice especially at night, well maintained landscape and also clean street.
