Very poor customer service. Staff and mechanics won’t bother to attend to you esp on a busy day. No effort at all from anyone present to offer alternative solutions nor schedule you on when they can service your vehicle. Needs major improvement in customer relations. You get a feeling they don’t need your business, disappointing.
