The art supplies — watercolor paints, acrylics, oils, watercolor papers, foam boards, illustration boards, etc — that you need and want on a slightly lower price than National Bookstore and sometime the other J’s along P.Noval. Also, Achi and Kuya Oka are very sweet and accommodating to buyers (who are mostly students).
Most of the supplies I needed were there. Also the polite owner enhances your experience in buying your chosen art products
