Bought our appliances here particularly the AC. The prices were good but the system for after sales services is very poor. Not a place to buy if you have big consideration on after sales services (coordination for installation, link up with other services), though we were attended eight away, the after sales service support is not so good. One of the problems is that although we bought the AC, we cannot complain directly to Samsung, it has to be through the shop where we bought it. Now, this is the same with other shops, but at least in other stores the service staff is faster in coordinating with Samsung. For Imperial, when we called Samsung, and when we traced if they did indeed coordinated with each other, this seems not to be the case. There seems to be lack of coordination between the seller shop and the Samsung Service center. So for Samsung we grudgingly give it a number 1 out of 5! For Imperial we give it and Samsung as well, for now, until this coordination problem is resolved by the two of them, is 1!
