Just called only their office. They are not processing visa going to arab country. Receptionest is very polite .
I'm currently abroad and planning to book my vacation early. I have been trying to book a tour package with them but they don't respond. I don't have any means of contacting their office phone and can only try to contact them through email or fb messenger but they have not replied to my email or messages.
We have excellent accommodation, getting of visa was fast. Just secure all the documents needed for visa purposes. Nice tour guide and efficient tour leader..

They have excellent customer service. The staff is very helpful and polite. The overall experience was great. The tour guides were knowledgeable and the tour leader was efficient.
The initial impression and atmosphere were welcoming and pleasant. The wait time and reservation process was efficient. The quality of the products and services offered was high. The value for money was good. The ambiance and decor were nice. The facilities and amenities were well-maintained.
The staff was not very responsive. I tried to contact them through email and messenger but did not receive any replies. The customer service was lacking.
The overall experience with EON Travel and Tours was disappointing. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness of the staff made it difficult to book a tour package. The visa processing services were also limited, which was inconvenient. I would not recommend this travel agency.
