EMS Philippines has the worst courier services. Sri Lanka to Manila only took 3 days to ship. Manila to Davao is taking them infinity!!!
Based on my experience, it's really slow, my postal item arrived in Manila on May 30th, then until now it still hasn't arrived in Davao, 8 days have passed. I really need the item because those are my important documents. I hope your service will improve soon.

EMS Mailing service is terrible! I sent a package to the US and it's been weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking is useless.
I've had multiple bad experiences with EMS. Packages not arriving on time, lost packages, and terrible customer service.
