Dulcinea is an old and well known establishment for people from metro manila who are in their late 30's going up. They're known for their little pastries as well as their churros con chocolate which are fried pastries dipped in rich chocolate. They also serve Spanish food for lunch and dinner and serve Filipino breakfast.
There's no changes the food the pasta is awesome, but price changes the cream puff still in good taste.

I love the traditional Spanish dishes at Dulcinea. The paella and tapas are delicious and authentic. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is always friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving some Spanish cuisine.
I recently visited Dulcinea and was impressed with the quality of the food. The flavors were bold and the ingredients were fresh. The portions were also generous. The only downside was the wait time for a table, but it was worth it for the food.
Dulcinea's churros are a must-try! They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the chocolate dipping sauce is rich and decadent. However, the rest of the menu is not as impressive. The service can also be slow at times. Overall, I would recommend Dulcinea for their churros, but not necessarily for a full meal.
I have been going to Dulcinea for years and it never disappoints. The churros con chocolate are my favorite and I always order them whenever I visit. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. It's a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy some delicious Spanish food.
I was not impressed with my experience at Dulcinea. The food was mediocre at best and the service was slow. The prices were also quite high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend it.
Dulcinea is a hidden gem in the city. The food is excellent and the service is always top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend trying their churros con chocolate, you won't be disappointed!
I had a great experience at Dulcinea. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only downside was the outdated ambiance, but the quality of the food made up for it. I would definitely go back.
Dulcinea is a classic Spanish restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious, especially the churros con chocolate. The service is friendly and efficient. The only downside is that it can get quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation. Overall, I would highly recommend Dulcinea for a taste of Spain in the city.
