I had a terrible experience with Daikin. They showed up unprepared and had to use my ladder to access my air conditioning unit. Their diagnosis was ineffective and they claimed that they needed to order a part, which would take weeks. However, they never actually ordered the part and left. When I called to follow up, I received a dismissive response and gave up on their service. It was a frustrating experience and I would not recommend them.
