Delivery is always late and T th Sunday only, then if you ask for noon delivery they will not tell you that you missed the cutoff and water will be delivered in 3 days!!!

Super BAD SERVICE. THE WORST delivery! Called 10times, no answer. Ordered since yesterday at 7am they promised to deliver at 3pm yesterday, wala. They said they will come at 10am wala. Then they said they will come at 3pm, wala parin. Grabe. Sooooo inefficient

The delivery is often late and only available on Sundays, and if you ask for a noon delivery they won't inform you that you missed the cut-off and the water will be delivered in 3 days!!!
They totally don't deserve any rating. Either they deliver late (24 hours late!!!!) or they don't have water at all.
Their service is terrible. The delivery is the worst! I've called 10 times, but no one answers. I ordered since yesterday at 7am and they promised to deliver at 3pm yesterday, but there was no delivery. They said they will come at 10am today, but still no delivery. Then they said they will come at 3pm, but still nothing. It's so inefficient!
