Most of the employees doesnt have any education, they dont answer questions or even greet you. Seem like they dont have any training on how to deal with costumers, maybe they dont realize that the costumers are paying their salaries....very very disappointing.
DIY store offering a wide range of products with good service. Returned goods will be refunded or replaced with no problem. Very friendly manager and his team. :-)
