Excellent service earlier today from a staff member named Rose. This friendly young woman helped us purchase 2 round trip tickets from Dumaguete to Boracay. Super easy process! We received both an emailed and printed copy of our itinerary. NOTE: this location also accepts Visa credit cards. Daghang salamat Rose!
This office is ok, but CP- I used to love them bit we just spent 10 hours trying to get a simple flight change. Don't bother trying to get help on the phone or online, thier technology doesn't work and the live agents won't help you. I would give a -10 if I could. Worst customer service experience in my life!
