Bicol Medical Center reviews
Some nurses(information-male) and the 2 male resident doctors( both are wearing eyeglasses) in the emergency dept were so rude... Why on earth that youre more irritated, than to the female ones while you will not experience the menopausal …
This is the WORST hospital in the Philippines. All staffs, from guards to doctors to nurses are so rude. They don’t have any compassion to patients even in ER. No sense of urgency. If you wanna die early…go to this hospital.
The staff in BMC not all but most have no compassion with the patients. You should improve the quality of taking good care of your patients because it is not just the facility that we are after but it more often the service that you cater.

Some nurses and the resident doctors in the emergency department were very rude. It was particularly noticeable with the male nurses and doctors who wore eyeglasses. They seemed more irritated compared to the female ones, even though they would not experience menopausal symptoms like the female nurses. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hospital setting.
This hospital is the worst in the Philippines. The staff, from guards to doctors to nurses, are incredibly rude. They have no compassion for patients, even in the emergency room. There is no sense of urgency. If you value your life, avoid this hospital at all costs.
Most of the staff at BMC lack compassion for the patients. The quality of patient care needs improvement. It is not just the facility that matters, but also the service provided. They should strive to take better care of their patients.
