Had a problem with the first laptop I bought at SM. Battery does not reach a 100%. Brought it to service center and they advised me to observe it for few more days as it's just normal for a brand new unit to have that problem. After a few days, the battery still does not reach a 100% so I went back to the service center and they replaced the battery. Overall, the service center was helpful in resolving the issue.
