I am very disappointed with the services of Baciwa. Your water is so filthy. We always have no water like its been 3 days now. I thought this is a new management then why no improvement. By the way, we always pay our bills on time. I hope you will attend to this matter. Thank you.

Poor water delivery services on our area in San Miguel Village, Brgy Granada. Water is available only in the afternoon and brackish water with some mud particles on it were noted. Please naman improve your water system quantity and quality.
