Very bad experience. They don't communicate & update with the status of the application. Very, very POOR & CHEAP BPO Company
I loved this place! The ambiance is so awesome. It will make you feel that you are not inside a bpo company. For the pantry side, hopefully, there can be another stall offering another food for more choices.
September 25 ,2019 i under go the three stages from initial ,on line ,and final.i got all positive but very confusing yet i remembered the interview mr.mike and he let me passed.but before the final interview i was ask to look for mr.john …

The experience at the corporate office was below expectations. The communication and updates were lacking, leading to confusion and frustration. The company as a whole can be described as poor and cheap in terms of service quality.
The ambiance at the corporate office is amazing. It creates a wonderful atmosphere that doesn't feel like a typical BPO company. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have more food options available in the pantry.
The entire application process was confusing, but I had a positive interview with Mr. Mike. However, I was instructed to meet with Mr. John before the final interview, adding to the confusion. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
Communication and updates were severely lacking throughout the application process. This company's service and communication can be described as very poor and cheap. I had a terrible experience overall.
