Walked in to have a busted fuse changed.. They were so full and yet so accomodating. They fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Even left the price for the service up to me.
Went there to have my brake checked. A mechanic checked all break pads and did a test drive. Afterwards, he confirmed that everything is good and I was not charged for anything. Thank you so much!!!!

It was a busy Monday morning, around 9am. Called five times, it just keeps ringing. On the 'nth try, a very polite guy finally answered. I explained my situation and he told me to wait for a few minutes while he arranges for someone to come get me. True enough, a white Isuzu parked in front of me after 10 minutes, with the driver introducing himself as Kuya Roy. I rode shotgun and after a few attempts, he successfully made my car start again. Arrived at the shop and was quoted quite expensive amount, claimed to be the cause of parts and labor cost. I contemplated if I should take their service or not when I was lucky enough that Kuya Roy insisted on contacting his mechanic friend. After awhile, a group of guys, who they fondly refer to as The Gold Team, arrived and started to assess the problem. They worked on it for an hour and went to the Isuzu to pull out a new alternator with the worker telling me that it was kept there for emergencies. Kuya, Roy told me that I got really lucky not having to purchase an alternator since a new genuine Mitsubishi L300 alternator is around 15k. Even going for surplus will cost 6k. They only charged me for labor!! I highly recommend this shop to everyone who needs to get their vehicles fixed. Sorry for the lengthy review. Hahaha

Great customer service. I had some questions about my car and they were more than happy to answer them. They even took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel rushed or like I was bothering them. Highly recommend!
