Need to add more elevators. They only have 2 working elevators for the tenants in the building. It's such a waste of time waiting for the elevators to accommodate you and they're most of the time jam-packed.
Guards are terrible, if you need a school like security, be their guest. Security is ridiculous not civil at all. Guards are arguing always with their tenants like they argue a hostile person. I dont know but pretty immature to me

I had a really bad experience with the AppleOne Properties Inc. Real estate developer. The management is completely unresponsive to tenant concerns and issues. They seem to only care about collecting rent and providing the bare minimum of service. I would not recommend renting from them.
