There was an unpleasant experience today, here at the Ace Hardware store. Let me start off that ACE Hardware staff are outstanding! I found nothing unpleasant nor negative in my dealings with them. I brought a Panther extension cord and it had a split in the insulation on the end. This was not visible in the packaging or until it cord split and sparks flew from it as I was using it. The sparks flew because the insulation on the wire had a split and it shorted. I have used Panther products before and never had a problem with them Brand New, Experts in hardware store are there, they all got skills ???? , always put the safety of the consumers, always been my home base in any hardware needs... again though a satisfied customer it is just this unpleasant thing happened now that can be improved next time.. these hardware shops usually test their electrical products prior of purchase, but as I used it I didnt got any issues, i think it was a factory fault.. anyway all in all its a good shop.
