Like most sales person at SM, they do not know what they are selling or if the item you are looking for is available. I think they are lazy to work and just say that they don't have it just so they wont have to go to the back area and see if the item is available.
For some reason my papa loves buying flashlights hahaha Ace Hardware is his go-to place. So we'd buy one whenever we go to the mall.
