I recently had a terrible experience with Abenson online store and the Abenson local store. I purchased an air conditioning unit and paid for installation services in full, but was later informed of a hidden 1000 PHP fee for the installation. This was not mentioned at the time of purchase and I feel misled. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. I would not recommend Abenson for future purchases.
